Your Favourite Warm-Up

Exercising can be tedious for those who are beginners and may be a total cake walk for those who stick to proper exercise regimes atleast 3-4 times in a week.
Exercising is an umbrella term and can include favourites like doing weights or cardio or freehand exercises for general mobility!
For non-exercising people and with the current lockdown scenario where majority of people are working from home, doing basic movements and exercises at home works optimally.
Well! Now for some, moving itself is a task!
So instead of a tedious workout to begin with, choose your favourite movements that you enjoy most and do 5 repetitions of it (2 sets preferably) first thing in the morning after you wake up!
What does it do? Well! It warms up your body, you get to do your favourite movements and it kickstarts the basic metabolic rate of the body.
Exercises can be bridges, simple lunges, spot marching or spot jogging or squats or burpees. Whatever movements you think your body flows best, move in that direction.
Once you start doing it everyday, that will become your favourite warm-up !!
