A lot of people struggle with balancing Strength training with cardiorespiratory endurance exercises has been an ongoing theme in many people who are active and embrace movement in their lifestyle.
Good days of movement should consist of both.
Strength training helps in everyday progressive loading of the muscles that make the joint tendons and muscles stronger.
Whereas cardio exercises help to maintain the muscular strength of your heart and lung muscles as well as your body's capacity to provide oxygen to your muscles of the body.
If strength training can be done 2-3 days a week on an average, cardio exercises can be done 3-4 days a week on an average if person makes sure to move enough through the week.
Strength training and cardio has its own benefit and one doesn't supersede the other in terms of relativity.
